What CrossMention does
Domain check
Enter your site and CrossMention shows which member links fit pages you already publish, what each placement earns and what those credits buy. No account needed.
Placement verification
When you mention a member and paste the URL, CrossMention fetches the page and checks the link sits inside real content before any credits move. Nofollow links are accepted and labelled.
Mention requests
You spend credits to request a mention from any member site. Credits are held, not spent, until the member places the mention; a declined request is refunded.
How CrossMention works
- One rated domain per member; ratings from Ahrefs Domain Rating, refreshed monthly.
- One public credit table applies to every member. There are no private rates.
- There is no cash payout per link.
- Accounts that game verification or sell credits are removed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I link back to the site that mentions me?
No. The member who mentions you is paid in credits by the exchange, so exchanges run three way or wider instead of direct swaps.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You can decline any request, and the requester is refunded in full automatically. Nothing is written into your pages by anyone but you.
Why is a card required if membership is free?
The card confirms you are a real company, which keeps throwaway domains out. It is saved and never charged.
